Our Heated Sculpt is a low impact, strength based class that uses precise movement patterns to sculpt and tone your entire body, as well as increase mobility and strengthen your muscles. Throughout the 50 minute class you will move through sequences targeting the core, arms, legs, and seat while utilizing props like ankle weights, bands, hand weights, and blocks. This is a full-body workout that will leave you feeling strong and empowered.
