Our Level 1.5/2 (Intermediate) Reformer Class will challenge your body through a range of dynamic traditional pilates exercises, providing a full body low impact workout. After just a few weeks, you will notice an increase in strength giving you a longer and leaner look with increased flexibility. Lighter or heavier resistance modifications can be made, depending on individual Pilates experience and minor injuries. 50 minute duration. Not recommended for beginners with no pilates experience Grip socks required. Reservations required. 24 Hour late cancellation policy.
