Rooted in the philosophy and structure of Ashtanga Yoga, this intermediate Vinyasa flow blends creative sequencing with foundational postures, starting with a breath-connected warm-up and rocking through three 1/2 guided, 1/2 free-flow vinyasas all to groovy tunes. Finish strong with empowering holds, grounding stretches, and a sweet Savasana, leaving you more flexible, stronger, and totally zen. (60 min)
