This class is an awesome way to challenge and celebrate your strength. Class sequencing is carefully selected to challenge students strength and cardio endurance. Expect a high energy playlist and sequencing that is sure to challenge all participants. Extra time is added to make sure students can bring themselves down with a final relaxation post flow.
