Monique Jackson (Yogi Mo) is currently 200 hour, and Yogafit ® levels 1 & 2 certified. She has been practicing relentlessly for about 15 years. Monique has enjoyed being an active yogi of various styles of yoga including Bikram, Hatha, Kundalini, Ashtanga and Aerial Yoga. She enjoys to travel and has taken classes in 9 different states. “Whenever I travel, I usually make time to try to find a studio to go practice at. Yoga is everywhere and it is awesome to see new studios, other students, teachers and different styles” – Yogi Mo Currently Yogi Mo enjoys teaching classes (hot & non-hot) to large or small groups, private lessons, works with local high school & college athletes, breweries, workshops and events. Depending on the class you choose with Yogi Mo, you can expect a mindful creative practice. Mo’s classes may be mild to wild, chill to thrill! She is a huge fan of the use of props, and loves to offer hands on adjustments. (Student’s preference of course) When Yogi Mo is off her mat she enjoys to travel, hiking, and hanging out with her fur babies. She LOVES music and strives to create great playlists for her classes.
