AIQ AGILITY is training that focuses on improving an athlete's ability to change direction with quick, explosive movements and proper mechanics in response to an external stimuli. By improving AGILITY , athletes can become better able to respond to sudden changes in their environment and respond appropriately. This in combination with AIQ's STRENGTH and SPEED classes will build the a foundation to express the athletes sport specific skills.
