Our adult fitness classes are designed for adults who are short on time but want to improve their body composition. In this class will help clients challenge their heart rate and improve their metabolism while developing healthy movement patterns as well as joint, core and trunk mobility and stability. No matter the level of your fitness, these classes will set you up to safely challenge your heart rate while working on joint health and stability, core strength and mobility so that you can improve your body composition in a fast and efficient manner!
