
Yoga Strength
Elevate your practice with our newest class, Yoga Strength, a combination of our Slow Flow class and Strength Training. This class maintains the mindful pace of our Slow Flow classes while incorporating 5lb weights to build strength and increase endurance. By focusing on repetition and time under tension, you'll engage your muscles more deeply and cultivate greater control and stability in each pose. Expect a challenging yet accessible class that emphasizes form and alignment, helping you to develop both physical strength and mental resilience. Our first Yoga Strength class will be Thursday, June 13th at 8am. This class is initially being offered as a very small group only. If you are interested, make sure to pre-register. If you register and can no longer make it, make sure you cancel more than three hours in advance, our cancellation policy will be strictly enforced with this class.
