AIQ's HPT - Human Performance Training - is a unique blend of exercises, including bodyweight movements, strength training, agility drills, cardio exercises, and cognitive training. The classes will focus on functional movements that support the real-life activities of active adults. AIQ's HPT classes improve overall strength, agility, mobility and endurance. Allowing the ability to perform everyday tasks with efficiency and enjoyment. The class will include objective performance benchmarks to see improvements and stay motivated. Classes will be designed to accommodate individuals of various fitness levels, modifications for exercises can cater to beginners while still challenging those with more advanced fitness levels.
