Growing up I always tried to stay active. It wasn’t until a few years ago I realized the love and excitement of seeing what my body can do and the feeling of getting stronger. I started off as a member at Burn shortly after having my son. I loved being challenged and found myself wanting to make a change in my life. I decided to become certified in personal training through NASM. Shortly after, I had the opportunity to become a trainer at Burn. Being in the fitness industry has been so rewarding. I’m excited to expand my knowledge as I continue this journey
