Welcome to Energize Hot Yoga Santa Rosa. Our studio is locally owned and operated. Energize Hot Yoga offers 50 scheduled classes per week, including: Hot Yoga Express (60min), Bikram Yoga (90min), Inferno Hot Pilate's (60min), Flow into Yin, Restorative Yoga, Vibe Vinyasa, Radiant Fusion Flow, and more. Energize offers Original Bikram yoga 26 & 2 90min classes. This Hatha yoga sequence will reshape and heal your body while also re-leaving stress and tension. It is a demanding series of 26 postures, & 2 breathing exercises done in a heated room and meant to be performed in the given order, to the best of one's ability. This 90-minute program will deliver total health through the balancing and strengthening of every system in the body in order to prevent illness, injury and some of the effects of aging. Through the series you will work every muscle, tendon, joint, ligament, organ and gland, while systematically moving fresh oxygenated blood throughout your entire body. (Not to mention, you'll burn a lot of fat.) Men and women’s showers are available in locker rooms. Mats and towels can be rented for $2.
