Jill is an RYT 200 who graduated from Intentional Embodiment Yoga in 2023. She loves the awareness that yoga brings to life- on the mat in body, breath, and mind- and off the mat, giving us tools for living more purposefully. She is a member of Yoga Alliance, as well as currently being enrolled in a Yin yoga training. Off the mat, Jill has worked in the local medical community for nearly 20 years. She is a lover of the outdoors, true to her New Hampshire farm girl roots.
