Owner of 808 Barre + Pilates, I've been working in the industry for over 10 years. Pilates is very much my passion, which I love to share with others. I've been an artist, a massage therapist, a manager, but nothing makes me as excited as teaching. Everyday, I strive to help change others’ lives through movement and positive encouragement. My approach is relatable and friendly and I hope to create strong personal bonds with clients that span beyond just fitness. Whether looking to recover from a past injury, increase athletic performance, or just work on your flexibility, balance and core strength, I have worked with a wide range of clients, each with their own unique needs and goals. Pilates is not just a fitness routine, it's a lifestyle, requiring equal parts mind and body, physical strength and mindfulness, to have a better understanding of the power of movement. I found that pilates, and surprisingly teaching pilates has helped decrease my anxiety and depression. The effects of fitness go far beyond just the physical appearance. Form is very important to me, but so is having a good time...so take it seriously, but not too seriously.
