Rachel Hedrick is a macrobiotic chef, massage therapist and ERYT 200 hr. She has been teaching yoga for 9 years, but her practice began in 2000, when a serious traffic accident damaged her lower back and significantly restricted her movement. Unlike drugs or surgery, she found yoga gave her the relief she was looking for, with no side effects. Since receiving her training in 2013, Rachel has developed a teaching style that is accessible, varied, and grounded in the body's capacity to grow and heal. A big believer in bio-individuality she knows no one thing works for evervone but believes yoga can work for absolutely everybody. Having spent 15 summers in Texas, Rachel has a real appreciation for heat and humidity and is very happy to be at Core and Restore.
