Boden has always been drawn to movement. She grew up doing gymnastics, where she developed a deep love for strength, discipline, and the joy of physical activity. After stepping away from the sport, she stayed active through regular workouts and eventually found her passion in Pilates. For Boden, Pilates became more than just a workout—it was a turning point. After suffering both a hip and wrist injury, Pilates was the tool that helped her rebuild strength, reconnect with her body, and regain confidence. That personal journey sparked a desire to help others do the same. An adventurer at heart, Boden thrives outdoors—whether she’s backpacking the Grand Canyon or running marathons. She is driven to help others tap into their physical and mental strength. She’s passionate about making people feel supported, encouraged, and empowered through movement. Boden believes everyone is stronger than they realize—and she’s here to help them see it.
