Yoga is not only a fun physical exercise, but a discovery of self that I am grateful to continually learn and share. In 2015 when I moved to Norwalk, CT, I was lucky enough to find one of Fairfield County’s most well-esteemed studios, Saraswati’s Yoga Joint. I fell in love with SYJ and in 2016 I completed my training there under the amazing Donna Jackson. Shortly after my training I started teaching at SYJ and later at Greenwich Water Club. In addition to yoga, I taught middle school art for four years, and showed my paintings in galleries in Greenwich and Norwalk. I’m excited to bring all I learned from my mentors and students with me back to my home state of MA. My classes are soulful, mindful, vigorous, and complete with a dynamic soundtrack. It's all about the breath paired with healthy alignment. As an artist I am drawn to teach art; as a yogi, I am drawn to teach yoga. Sharing what continues to help me live fully, authentically, and lovingly is truly humbling.
