We are a family owned (Party of 7 with 5 incredibly active children) Gymnastics and Tumbling Boutique Studio specializing in growth and development of the whole child. The first of its kind, with small class sizes(max of 5 or 6 per hour), with specific lesson plans for each athlete. An ahead of its time experience you child will not experience anywhere else. Continuous, and independent movement throughout class duration allows them to explore their interests, build strength and confidence in a safe environment, overcome fears, learn to quickly listen and apply corrections that will serve them well beyond their time with the FGA Family. And besides who wants to sit when you could safely be flipping? We call it a Montessori Spin on Recreational Gymnastics as we minister through movement/focusing on the proper technique and building blocks for a beautiful gymnastics foundation.
