Hi, I'm Sarabeth, a dedicated pharmacist and passionate fitness enthusiast. My journey in health and wellness has been as dynamic as it has been rewarding. Born and raised in Moss Bluff, my roots are deeply planted in this wonderful community. As a mother of five, including a delightful set of surprise twins, I understand the importance of maintaining a balanced and healthy lifestyle amidst the chaos of family life. Throughout my undergraduate and professional schooling, I found an incredible outlet and passion in teaching aerobics. The gym became my second home, a place where I could inspire and motivate others to push their limits and find their strength. There's nothing quite like the energy of a room full of people giving their all, and I thrived on being part of that vibrant atmosphere. Two years ago, my fitness journey took an exciting turn when I discovered the transformative power of Reformer Pilates. This machine opened up a whole new realm of possibilities for me.
