Jennifer Mahria, RYT 200 Jennifer has been practicing yoga for over 15 years and has experienced first hand the many benefits of a steady practice. The deeper spiritual connection and sense of community is what continues to draw her to her mat and inspired her to become a certified instructor. She completed a 200 hour Teacher Training Program at Luna Vinyasa. Jennifer works as a Certified Surgical Technologist in Orthopedic and Spine Surgery. She has had the gift of learning the human body from the inside out and knows the importance of proper alignment and the benefits each posture brings. She wants to share this knowledge along with an authentic and honest practice with her students.
