Angie has been a fitness professional in Charleston for over 2 decades. She’s an avid yogi and has been practicing for 15 years. After teaching numerous group fitness formats she decided to pursue her passion of becoming a certified yoga teacher. As a seasoned personal trainer she highly advocates the benefits of yoga for the body and mind. “The mind, body, and breath connection are so vital for our overall health and wellness. I encourage my clients to add the elements of yoga to their fitness regimen. I’m so excited to be a part of the Anahata community and cannot wait to meet you on your mat!” Angie is the proud mom of 7 grown children, 2 beautiful daughter in laws, and 4 amazing grandchildren! Outside of the gym/studio she enjoys spending time with her family, partner, Charles, and their 2 dogs, Cooper and Raina.
