Jess joined the Kosama team February 2022 after attending Kosama classes as a member since 2015. She was looking for a place that could get her into healthy habits, routine and had a motivational atmosphere. She found just that at Kosama and became a member after doing a 2 week free trial. The coaches and members have helped push her out of her comfort zone which led to her completing her first Tough Mudder, multiple 5k races and even her first Half Marathon. Outside of Kosama, Jess is the HR Generalist at Handicapped Development Center. Her fiancé, Tyler, is also an avid Kosamie, and they have a son, Jameson. She enjoys spending time outside going for walks, hikes, playing sand or indoor volleyball and spending time with family and friends. “As a Kosama Coach, I hope to make people feel welcomed and motivated. I want to push them out of their comfort zone by showing and encouraging them that they can achieve more than they may think.”
