Candy began practicing yoga at her home in 2013. Nervous to enter a studio, due to her own physical limitations, she bravely made the decision to come to All That Matters for her first yoga class in 2015. She continued to come to classes and quickly she found an appreciation and passion for yoga and community that the classes offered. Candy completed her training through All That Matters in the Kripalu lineage, through the Pranotthan School of Yoga in 2018. She is also a certified Accessible Yoga Teacher and a trained in the art of Reiki. Candy has been living with Multiple Sclerosis since 2006. She finds the practice of yoga to ground her both on and off the mat, bringing the practices into her everyday life. Her classes offer a safe space to practice your yoga, by combining gentle movement, breathe work, and meditation. Candy always offers her students thoughts of compassion and teachings of self-love and love for the world around us.
