I’ve always enjoyed being physically active, but it wasn’t until I began practicing yoga consistently that I truly discovered its impact on my life. Yoga has been a journey of self-discovery, helping me stay connected to my mind, body, and spirit. It’s a gift that I’m excited to share with others through teaching. I’ve completed my 200-hour certification as a yoga instructor and excited to continue learning and growing on this path. Outside of yoga, I love spending time in nature, going for walks, and being with my family and loved ones.
