My Revelation I began yoga as a workout. I needed a way to get in a solid workout with my busy schedule. I knew it would physically get me into shape, what I didn’t realize was what it would and continues to do for me mentally. Yoga has challenged me to be ok with imperfection and to push in when it gets hard. My hope is to create space that my students can feel safe to dig deep both physical and mental.
