Jillian Michaels has been teaching ballet for 15 years, certified in ABT Teaching Curriculum® preprimary through preprofessional levels. She developed Power-Barre by teaching injury prevention and rehabilitation at the University of Tampa. Jillian is committed to helping women build confidence, strength, and flexibility with an effort to feel their best. Creating a community of supportive women in a comfortable environment is her main goal.
