She helps you meet your health and fitness goals while having a good time. Her rides are a full-body workout focusing on your core, strength building, arms, abs, and endurance. In line with keeping the workout enjoyable, she is confident her music selection will help you push through with the latest hip-hop and R&B, plus fan favorites from the 90’s. Alexa will push you to limits you didn’t know you could achieve, but it will make your story that much better in the end. MY “Y”: Physical fitness is just a precursor to overall health.
