Jen Copeland is an experienced 500+ hour certified Yoga teacher, leading Yoga classes in NYC since 2014. Her goal is to challenge you on a physical and mental level without producing burnout, help you achieve greater self awareness through mind-body connection, and at the end of the day have you step off the mat feeling like the work you did is relevant and creating a clear measurable difference in your life. In addition to yoga, Jen has been a certified Pilates Mat and Apparatus teacher since 2016. She believes that teaching is the art of assisting discovery. You are your own true teacher, and she is grateful to assist you on your yoga journey!
