Kattiana’s journey with yoga began in 2019 when she joined a 30-day yoga challenge that changed her life. Before that, she had never found joy in physical activity, but yoga quickly became her tool for physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being, on and off the mat. In the spring of 2024, Kattiana completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) program, where she was honored to be a recipient of the BIPOC/LGBTQ scholarship. She now teaches regularly as part of our roster, sharing her passion for both the physical strength and flexibility yoga brings, as well as the introspection and peace she finds in a shared space with others. Beyond teaching, Kattiana is deeply involved at the Yoga Loft as a student, front desk staff, and social media strategist, so you'll often find her running around the studio in one capacity or another. She lives happily with her partner, rabbit, and turtle in Allentown. Empathic, Focused, Adventurous
