Analisa is from Greenville, SC where her yoga journey began. She was immediately drawn to yoga's emphasis on the breath and mind/body connection. She completed her 200hr YTT at Y2 Yoga in Charlotte, NC in 2020 which was an ashtanga based training and is also certified to teach restorative yoga. She has a Masters in Human Resources from the University of South Carolina and is currently completing the 300hr YTT at James Island Yoga. Growing up as a competitive cheerleader, Analisa faced injuries and overtraining. It truly changed her life when she discovered the peaceful, non-competitive environment of yoga and she hopes to share that peace with others. Her teaching style is slow, deep and gentle. Students can expect to leave her class feeling relaxed, refreshed and centered.
