Louise is a 200 RYT with a yoga certification from James Island Yoga. She has been practicing yoga for most of her life with her yogi teacher mom and sisters. Yoga and meditation have played a big part through both difficult and happy times in her life and she is commited to life. Louise is passionate about sharing what she has learned along her yoga journey and encouraging students to find playfulness, exploration, and gratitude in their mind, body, and spirit through asana practice. She hopes to create a warm and welcoming space where students of all levels can come together and feel connected. Louise's favorite made up word is "Erleichda" which means to lighten up :)
