Natural Pilates Upper East Side is our second East Coast & New York studio location. We are one of the most exclusive and spacious studio new to Manhattan (Upper East Side). Our instructors will program the workout based on individual goals and needs. Group classes are small (12 persons) and their level varies from beginner-intermediate, open to all levels, specialized classes for glutes and abs, cardio tramp classes and more. In the advanced and specialized classes we use a variety of props such as resistance bands, stability balls, free weights, ankle weights, tubing, fitness circles, flex bands to make the workouts more challenging and different every time!
