Rachel Marinelli’s love for yoga began in 2013 when her close friend invited her to try a class at All That Matters. Yoga helped her to clear her mind and better her body while being in a welcoming community that she had been longing for. Through her recent 200-hr Kripalu-based Pranotthan teacher training in April 2019, Rachel connects the body, breath and mind with a variety of postures and pranayama. Being an educator, she loves to utilize props, experiment with verbal cues, and weave stories into her teaching. Rachel’s classes have elements of Vinyasa and Restorative yoga that encourage her students to explore their five Koshas (physical, breath, mind, witness and soul). During this exploration, she teaches with love and compassion that allow her to meet individuals where they are physically and emotionally. When she’s away from the studio, Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband, her two daughters and her dog, Sadie. She also loves reading, the arts and nature.
