My yoga journey started over 8 years ago as a primary source of exercise during my health journey. It has since become much more of a whole life integration. I believe yoga can heal in so many ways through a deep mind and body connection to bring us to our most authentic selves. My personal yoga journey on and off my mat lead me to becoming 200 hour certified through CCY in 2022, I will soon be embarking on my 300 hour journey with CCY this fall. I look forward to creating a safe space for us all to connect to ourselves and others, and also have some fun and laughs along the way. Hope to see you soon on your mat!
