Dee Carlino is a 200-hour graduate of the Pranotthan Yoga School through All That Matters Yoga + Wellness. Dee’s teaching is informed by over 30 years of personal practice in a variety of yoga styles including Iyengar and Ashtanga; however, when she began practicing Pranotthan yoga, she discovered a holistic practice that benefited her both on and off the mat. She is enthusiastic about sharing this practice with her students. A secondary school educator of English, computer science and film as well as a school library media specialist, Dee embodies flexibility both on and off the mat. Her twenty years in the education field help her meet her students where they are. Over the last several years, she has become particularly impassioned about the mental health of young people. She completed her Deep Play for Kids certification with Missy Brown and works to teach kids the tools they need for success in the modern world. When she’s not teaching, Dee enjoys traveling, camping, hiking, gardening, and hanging out with her two children, husband, and cat.
