Jenna received her 200 hour yoga teacher certification right here in New York City and has over 10 years of personal practice and a passion for creating fun, accessible spaces for students of all levels. She loves to create playful, creative flows that invite students to deepen their practice, build confidence, and explore new shapes and sensations with curiosity. Outside the studio, she loves fostering dogs, traveling, meeting new people, and finding joy through music. Her goal is to help every student feel seen, supported, and empowered—both on and off the mat.
