Hi, my name is Cannen, and I've been training and coaching at Skyhook Ninja Fitness for over 2 1/2 years. I'm passionate about a variety of extracurricular activities, including: -Track and field -Cheerleading -Visual arts -Unicycling -Dungeons & Dragons and Magic: The Gathering I genuinely enjoy connecting with others and creating a welcoming atmosphere here at the gym.
