My Peace. Yoga came into my life exactly at the time I needed it. I have always loved a good workout, but yoga is so much more than that. The elements of spirituality, presence, self-realization, and pure POWER that come from yoga are like no other. Yoga fuels and empowers my body, while simultaneously feeding and freeing my soul. I have always suffered from anxiety and a tendency towards excessiveness in all aspects of life, and now I can feel the excess in my life melting away, replaced with calm. I’m finding it more and more effortless to put focus on myself and my needs daily. I found my place at my mat during a time of change and transition in my life that felt very unsteady. Now, I am still in that place of transition, but throughout it all I feel safe, grounded, and at peace knowing I am supported by the Universe around me. I am so grateful for all that yoga has brought me and continues to bring me. And I can’t wait to continue to strengthen & grow my practice with all of you! Katelyn's teacher is Lisanne Rae Cozart.
