I was born and raised in Estonia. While living in San Francisco I started practicing Bikram yoga in 2007. I felt the good impact for my entire life and well-being immediately. I completed Bikram yoga teacher training in Los Angeles in 2012, moved back to Estonia and opened the very first Bikram yoga studio in Estonia. I was running the studio for nine years. I have visited more than 30 studios all over the world. Now back in SF, I am happy to teach at Hot Yoga Plus Daly City.
