Born & raised in Memphis, TN, where barbecue and fried food reigns supreme. I know firsthand what poor eating habits & lack of exercise can do to not only a person's physique but also mental & emotional state. After a torn ACL sidelined me from basketball, I saw myself balloon 42 pounds overweight. Doing the slow & painful rehab process, I became a NETA-certified personal & group trainer.
