Karen Dillon is a 200 hour certified yoga teacher and has an additional certification in intensati (a mind, body and spirit yoga/exercise class developed by Patricia Moreno). She completed her 200-hour training at Yoga Mountain in New City, NY. She has also studied extensively with Elena Brower as well as Baptiste yoga leader Leah Cullis. Her classes are mindful, she works the muscles of the students' minds to keep them in a place of hope, gratitude and joy while strengthening their bodies and creating a life to love. After her 2019 breast cancer diagnosis she became a health and wellness coach with a specialization in functional nutrition and hopes to help guide her students to their healthiest selves.
