Summer is a 200hr certified yoga teacher, who’s been practicing yoga since her early years in the tropical heart of Hawaii. Considering herself a gypsy, as she grew up nomadically crossing state boarders more times than she could ever remember, she’s embraced the diversity of life and experiences along the way. Summer’s professional background spans from veterinary medicine, to geriatric homecare, to environmental chemistry, but her true passion is for yoga and astrology. Her teaching style is grounded in the understanding that modern life often pulls us away from our inner peace. Through her classes, Summer offers a sanctuary from the heavy demands of the physical world, encouraging a deeper connection to the mind, body, and spirit. Her goal is to invite students to explore the balance between strength and surrender, fostering self-awareness through mindful movement and breath.
