She truly cares about every client that walks into her class stopping at nothing until her class is the best part of your day! She brings out the best in you through sprints, HIIT, push-ups, tap backs, heavy climbs, & more...all skillfully choreographed to the beat of the hottest music! Guaranteed club bangers and calorie burners! One class, one client, one calorie at a time...all you have to do is show up, she will take care of the rest! MY “Y”: I suffer from depression and anxiety. I also have rheumatoid arthritis. Spin is medicine for my mind and my blessing because it allows me to do high intensity exercises with minimal impact to my joints.
