Welcome to our studio. Our Pilates studio adjoins a physical therapy clinic that specializes in Pilates based therapeutic rehabilitation. Filled with new state of the art, elegant Balanced Body Allegro 2 reformers. These reformers are designed with the participant in mind to allow a smooth and easy transition for all exercises. Our Mat Pilates classes use 2 inch thick mats to reduce pain and compression of the tailbone and joints. We combine a variety of props to give you the best full body workout possible. Our instructors are either certified or in the process of being certified and have extensive training that is internationally recognized. Their knowledge of anatomy and injuries ensures our clients make the most progress without potential injuries or aggravations of old problems. Our focus is on fun, fitness, and meeting your goals. Another unique aspect of our studio is that each unlimited package comes with an initial assessment that allows you to meet with your instructor and not only get a starting point, but also recheck your goals and progress every month for those really serious about their Pilates journey.
