I am blessed to have been a yoga student for the last 12 years, and I intend to be a yoga student for the rest of my life. Teaching has only become a new way of learning for me. With a deep appreciation for yoga as an art form, I view each practice as a creative expression of the mind and body, helping people connect with their inner selves. I see yoga as not only a physical practice, but also as a current that guides us through the flow of emotions. My classes aim to offer students a space to explore both their physical and emotional boundaries with grace and awareness. Through teaching, I strive to guide individuals toward a deeper understanding of themselves, both on and off the mat.
