Heather Casey My freedom. I found Yoga when I needed it most. I believe Yoga guides us all to listen to our hearts. While your body is focused on movement, your mind and heart can speak more clearly to one another. I have found my most authentic connection to myself while on my mat. As a teacher I hope to offer my students a space to find peace within themselves. I am truly grateful for every teacher, student & studio owner I have met throughout my practice. My Yoga feeds my soul, truly gives me hope and shows me how free I can be when I show up fully as myself. Heathers teachers include Lisanne Rae Cozart, Annie Q Simard, Radhika Priya Saki, Lyn Pompeo and Shawn Cornelison. Heather is RYT 200 LivFree certified and a Holy Fire Reiki I/II Practioner.
