Hi! I’m Lauren! I’m excited to be a part of the Soul Purpose team! Over the past couple years, I’ve made my mental and physical health more of a priority than it has ever been before! Soul Purpose has become a big part of this journey for me with all the different classes I’ve taken and hosted!! I received my Barre certification in November 2021 and fell in love with being able to workout while having FUN!! I’m hoping to share my love of music and movement, while also improving my overall health and flexibility!! See you at the Barre!!!
