Classically trained in pilates, Emily is a dedicated teacher focused on fostering a mind-body connection through precise and mindful movement. She is particularly interested in the role of pilates in supporting individuals through major illness and injury, and enjoys guiding clients on their path of recovery to lasting well-being. Outside of the Pilates studio, Emily enjoys hanging out with her family and countless rescue animals, skiing, and pursuing her creative passions on the pottery wheel.
