Hi everyone! I am so excited to be joining the OTF Madison fit family! I originally found Orangetheory after finishing my Division I rowing career at the University of Oklahoma, looking for a way to stay active and fill that gap left by competitive sports. What I found was so much more- a community that not only kept me moving but helped me transform my life. After going through a massive health journey and losing over 60lbs, Orangetheory has helped me maintain a healthy, active lifestyle while surrounding myself with a community that helps lift me up. Some of my closest friendships have come from the OTF family, and I am passionate about helping others experience the same support I've found. A little about me- I am originally from Oklahoma and have previously coached Orangetheory before life took me across the country for my first collegiate coaching career at Gonzaga University and now here at the University of Wisconsin! I hold a bachelor's degree in Health and Exercise Science and recently earned my master's in Sport and Athletic Administration. Between coaching rowing and traveling, life stays busy, but I have truly found a new home here in Madison. I am so excited to bring my energy, Oklahoma charm, passion for rowing, and love for this community into every class I coach! I can't wait to meet you and cheer you on- let's crush some workouts together!
