I found Pilates when I was expecting my second daughter and quickly realized the life changing effects that Pilates has to offer. So for the past 7 years I have dedicated my work, life, and creativity towards sharing my passion of Pilates to my clients. Besides have a Bachelors of Science in Biochemistry from ASU, I completed the comprehensive Pilates certification program through BASI in 2010. I then became PMA certified and also joined Balanced Body as a faculty member for the Bohdi Suspension System.
