ALMA Miami is a Studio offering Pilates Classes, on a paradisiac location, right on the water on Miami Beach. Our classes are 45 to 50 minutes long, with a final relaxation. In our Pilates classes predominates the dynamic and fun. Our reformer has a floor that slides pulleys and dumbbells, that are used in the hands and feet, and a spring system that generates resistance in the movement, complemented by a box and a jump board that serves for aerobic / cardiovascular work in the class. With ALMA Miami you can tone and shape your body, it gives you greater flexibility and elongation, reducing stress and improving posture.
